| Born in Zagreb in 1968. Graduated at the Gymnasium Classicum Zagrabiense in 1987 and at the Academy of Dramatic Art – Department of Theatre Directing and Radiophony in 1992. In 1992. he graduated Theatre Directing and Radiophony at the Academy of Dramatic Art. In 1993. he graduated in literature at the Faculty of Arts. In 1995. he got the master of sciences degree in philology with the thesis "The Structure of the Novel ON THE EDGE OF REASON by M. Krleža". 1993./1994. he became a member of the Artistic Council of the Croatian National Theatre in Varaždin, with the mandate in the duration of four years. 1994. – 1997. deputy manager of Zagrebačko kazalište mladih (ZeKaeM Theatre). 1997. – 1998. artistic director of the drama of Croatian National Theatre in Split and the manager of the drama program of Split Summer Festival 1997 and 1998. 1993./1994. assistant lecturer at the Theatre Directing Department of the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. In 1998. employed as the assistant lecturer at the Theatre Directing and Radiophony Department. 2002. he became the senior assistant, and in 2003 the senior lecturer at the same Department. 2006. he became extraordinary professor at the Theatre Directing Department 2004.-2008. Head of the Theatre Directing Department of the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. 2005.-2006. professor and coach of acting for opera singer's acting at Artistic Academy in Osijek. 2007. he became Head of Opera Croatian National Theatre "I. pl. Zajc" in Rijeka. He led numerous workshops, among others THE OLD CROATIAN LITERATURE WORKSHOP with the International Centre of Croatian Universities in Dubrovnik (1993-1997), and at the Academy of Dramatic Art he runs and lectures numerous courses and supervises classes of acting and directing. |
